Standard Shipping
Shipping is handled exclusively by UPS. Orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt. Items delivered via Standard Shipping typically arrive 3-6 business days after shipping from our warehouse.
Expedited Shipping
Web orders requesting expedited shipping have the option of UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day shipping.
These orders are allowed 24 business hours to complete the fulfillment and packing processes
and will then ship via the chosen shipping method. Free Shipping Offers
Free Shipping applies to Standard UPS Ground Delivery only on qualifying orders. Expedited shipping fees and location surcharges may apply. Free Shipping does not apply to international orders. In the event of a product return that reduces the original order total to a level that does not meet minimum Free Shipping requirements, original shipping fees will be recalculated based on the new order total. (This does not apply to product returned due to breakage or defect.) If shipping charges apply, they will be deducted from product refund. Example: If Minimum Free Shipping Order Total is $75 - Original order value is $100, but $50 of product is returned. Shipping Charges of $11.95 will be deducted from product refund. Refused Shipments
Shipping fees will be deducted from refunds for any refused shipments. Delivery and Handling Charges
Delivery charges for orders will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout. Shipping rates are based on the total value of your order and will be presented upon checkout.

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
Alaska and Hawaii shipments will be charged a surcharge equal to 20% of their product total in addition to regular shipping fees. Canadian shipments will be charged a surcharge equal to 50% of their product total in addition to regular shipping fees. This surcharge includes all government duties and taxes and represents the total cost to the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any locations outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time. We hope to be able to accept international orders soon. *We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes with the exception of Rural locations. |
