Can my defective/broken product be returned? Fitz and Floyd Online wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns of unused or damaged/defective merchandise up to 30 days after the date of receipt. Refunds will be given in the amount of the total purchase price, including applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will only be refunded on damaged or defective product.

 

You will be refunded your purchase amount within 10 business days of Fitz and Floyd’s receipt of the returned product. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. All returns must be accompanied by an official Fitz and Floyd authorization number.
To receive your authorization number, choose among the following options:

 

  • Click on the &ldguo;Live Support” link found throughout the site to hear directly from a Customer Service Representative (Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm)
  • Choose &ldguo;Product Returns” from the list of topics on the Contact Us portion of the Customer Service section
  • Call Customer Service at 877-653-2529 (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm CST)

 

All merchandise must be returned new and unused in its original packaging. Fitz and Floyd recommends that you choose a shipping service that provides tracking information to ensure the proper credit to your account.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
You may be able to cancel an order depending on the status of the order in question. To inquire about cancelling an order, please contact us by phone, email or the Live Support function found throughout the site. Be sure to reference your order number in the correspondence. Orders outstanding for more than 30 days are automatically cancelled, and you will be notified via email.

Does Fitz and Floyd offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service for online orders. Check back frequently to find out when this service will be offered.

Does Fitz and Floyd offer bridal registry?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a bridal registry service. However, you may create a Wish List and email it to as many people as you like! When viewing the Wish List, your friends and family can see which items have been purchased, and which remain available.

We cannot currently accommodate shipments to multiple locations.

How can I learn about new products and promotions?
You can learn about new product and promotions by signing up for our email list. Simply enter your email address in the field provided at the bottom of each web page. You may also choose to receive emails when creating a user account for a purchase.

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of receipt. However, if an item is unavailable for any reason, it will be cancelled from your order and not charged to your credit card.

I received a Fitz and Floyd item as a gift – can I exchange/return it?
Fitz and Floyd can only refund the credit card used to make the purchase. Exchanges and returns must be completed by the gift-giver, and only apply to purchases made at fitzandfloyd.com.

How quickly will my order ship if I choose expedited shipping?
Web orders requesting expedited shipping have the option of UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day shipping. These orders are allowed 24 business hours to complete the fulfillment and packing processes and will ship via the chosen shipping method on the following business day. Please refer to the Shipping Information section for specific information regarding shipment information and options.

Can you help me identify an older piece and give me today's market value?
We are happy to try and help identify older patterns. Unfortunately, it is not always possible as our product information database has a limited range of products. Please provide any information and a detailed description in order to give us as much information as possible. A digital image will be very helpful. Please understand that an immediate reply may not be possible and it may take us several days to try and assist you.

 

Fitz and Floyd does not have information on today's market value of our products. If we are able to identify the piece and/or pattern, we will only be able to provide the original Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price.
