Returns and Exchanges
Fitz and Floyd wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns of unused or damaged merchandise purchased at fitzandfloyd.com up to 30 days after the date of receipt. Refunds will be given in the amount of the total purchase price, including applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will only be refunded on damaged or defective product.
You will be refunded your purchase amount within 10 business days upon the return of authorized product to the Fitz and Floyd warehouse. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. All returns must be accompanied by an official Fitz and Floyd authorization number. To receive your authorization number, choose among the following options:
- Click on the “Live Support” link found throughout the site, and discuss with a Customer Service Representative
- Choose “Product Returns” from the pull-down list of topics on the Contact Us portion of the Customer Service
section - Call Customer Service at 877-653-2529 (Mon-Fri: 7am-7pm PST)
All merchandise must be returned new and unused in its original packaging. Fitz and Floyd recommends that you choose a shipping service that provides tracking information, to ensure the proper credit to your account.

Free Shipping Returns
In the event of a product return that reduces the original order total to a level that does not meet minimum Free Shipping requirements, original shipping fees will be recalculated based on the new order total. (This does not apply to product returned due to breakage or defect.) If shipping charges apply, they will be deducted from product refund.
Example:
If Minimum Free Shipping Order Total is $75 - Original order value is $100, but $50 of product is returned. Shipping Charges of $11.95 will be deducted from product refund.
Refused Shipments
Shipping fees will be deducted from refunds for any refused shipments.
