Standard Shipping
Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your purchase prior to discounts. These charges cover the cost of processing and packing your order as quickly as possible to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service and will do everything possible to ensure your complete satisfaction with your product and service.
The majority of orders are shipped via UPS within 48 business hours of receipt. Items delivered via Standard Shipping typically arrive 3 - 7 business days after shipping from our warehouse in California. An email shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address listed on the order with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Small orders (less than 9 pounds) may be shipped via UPS SurePost. The UPS SurePost service provides the convenience of UPS shipping and USPS delivery to customers’ mailboxes – shipments will original with UPS, who will transfer packages to the local post office for delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Orders requesting expedited shipping have the option of UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day shipping. Expedited shipping orders will be processed and shipped on the following business day after receipt of the order.
Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping is available only when advertised and may require a coupon code. Free Shipping applies to Standard UPS Ground/SurePost Delivery only on qualifying orders. Expedited shipping fees and location surcharges may apply. Free Shipping does not apply to international orders. Shipping discount will be shown under Discounts on the Review & Submit Order Page, after credit card information is entered.
Refused Shipments
Shipping fees will be deducted from refunds for any refused shipments.
Delivery and Handling Charges
Delivery charges for orders will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout. Shipping rates are based on the total value of your order and will be presented upon checkout.

Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
Alaska and Hawaii shipments will be charged a surcharge equal to 20% of their product total in addition to regular shipping fees.
International Shipments
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers and allow us to accept international orders (including Canada) with no minimum order required.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo’s Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo’s Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
Tracking information will be supplied and shipments will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days.
