RETURNS

Fitz and Floyd Enterprises (FFE) wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns of unused merchandise purchased at fitzandfloyd.com or maxwellandwilliamsusa.com up to 30 days after the date of receipt. Refunds will be given in the amount of the total purchase price, including applicable sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed, desired or if the wrong product was ordered.

Upon receipt of your purchase please inspect your product for any breakages or damages. If your item arrived damaged or defective please contact our Customer Service team within 10 days of delivery to discuss for a resolution. All damage returns must be accompanied by an official Fitz and Floyd or Maxwell & Williams original order number.

All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.

All merchandise for our brands must be returned new, and unused in its original packaging. We recommend that you choose a shipping service that provides tracking information, to ensure the proper credit to your account.

All Fitz and Floyd products are distinctly designed and hand-painted by skilled artisans; there will be slight stroke variations and details may slightly vary from piece to piece.
