"Item received damaged. I reached out and they said they’d send a replacement in 7-10 business days. 2 weeks went by and I didn’t receive anything. I messaged them again and they said they’d send a replacement order in another 7-10 business days. I asked that this one be expedited because I already waited 10 business days and I don’t want to wait another. They replied back that they don’t expedite replacements. I’m hosting a graduation party and now I’m going to be short a place setting. Won’t order from this place again!"
