"I bought the 32 piece and the 16 piece sets. They were different, had different factory stamps on the bottom. Most noticeable was the depth of the dinner plates. They sent me 4 more plates, similar to the deeper ones with a third factory stamp, which left me with 8 shallow and 8 deep, instead of 12 similar. When I told them, they said I could BUY 4 more plates, which I'll have to do. I won't be doing business with Fitz and Floyd again."
