Great customer service but terrible workmanship
"Almost every plate was warped in some way. One was cracked at the edge before the glazing process. Some had imperfections under the glaze. Finally there were rough edges where the plate was cut from the wheel at the bottom. I emailed with pics and they sent 8 new plates but no actual correspondence. Plates just showed up one day. Oh and those were equally warped."
