"We picked these dishes out because the pictures show a very modern looking dish set. We received these dishes as a gift for Christmas and were so disappointed when we opened them. The plates have a very high lip on them and are more like a bowl. My mother who ordered the dishes for us called the company and let them know how we felt and started the return process. The return process is frustrating because they won't pay for the shipping nor will they give you your money back for the shipping when they sent them. The dishes are not what was expected and Fitz and Floyd will not do the right thing and cover the shipping when the pictures to not show how they really are. We will not ever order from this company again! Horrible customer service."

"Been searching for new dishes for awhile and never saw these in any store so I ordered a set to check them. They are almost exactly what I wanted, wish they had matching serving pieces and coffee cups/mugs. That being said I will be ordering another 3 sets and worry about cups/mugs and serving pieces later. The bread plate is a little on the large side but I love the dishes enough to overlook it. They are perfectly imperfect!!"
