"The dishes are ,as always, great quality. However, since I own many items from F&F, I was horrified to see that the bottom side rims were so rough that they scratched any surface they were put on. When I called for help I was told to use an emery board to finish them. That did work, but I should have received some kind of compensation for finishing your product. I did not want to exchange them and get the same unfinished product again , so I did finish them myself. I am very disappointed in F&F for not offering a discount or coupon for future purchase."
