"Buy these during a sale and you won't be disappointed. Beautiful colors. The first set got lost in shipping, but FF was great about tracking, confirming, and sending a replacement, all of which was solved in an email. Lovely customer service. I have a teal and green dining space, and these really bring that color to the dining table design."

"This is a pretty pattern but the items are low quality and have flaws. Some items were perfectly fine but others had brown spots, pock marks in the glaze, scuffs to the glaze, and some warping to the overall shape of the plate (which is visible when they are stacked). Initially the customer service people were great and sent replacement pieces, but, when a few of the replacement pieces were also flawed, they refused to do anything more. If the return shipping isn't crazy expensive, I will be return them. I just loved this pattern and was very excited to get new dishes. Now I am just annoyed and sad. :("
