Poor product and no free back shipping
"Bought a dinnerware set. The product does not have a good quality. They came out broke . The company offer to replace but they said of I want to send them back it will mean that i have to pay the shipping which at that heavy weight I will probably have to pay more then I paid for the set. In this way you are forced to keep their products even if you don’t want it. This is not a good policy and I will never buy from them again."
