"No, it did not. I've been corresponding with member services and was getting a response until Monday. They offed me a $50. 00 refund to glue the piece back on and keep the item. As I explained, it looked like the piece had been broke once and already been glued back together. I'm afraid next Christmas when I get it out of box it will break off again. I sent pictures already. What's the next step??? Thank you D Owens"
"I have a couple of other large Santas that are exquisite but this one falls short. The composition could be wonderful but the painting is sloppy on multiple places. I returned it. I do not recommend this particular piece."
