Manufacturing defect
"I received 8 salad plates and mugs initially. The mugs’ gilding were not smooth, tarnished, and not even. There was also gray marks on surface. 4 mugs were severe and the rests were not perfect neither. 7 plates were scratched, gray tinted, uneven surface, and lots of air bubbles. I sent the pictures. The service department decided to send me the replacement, and I expressed that I wanted to get the refund rather more flawed dinnerware. But, my wish got turned down. I received the replacement of 7 plates and 4 mugs. One plate has obvious bump, and the other one has messed gilding. 3 mugs have all curved gilding lines. This dinnerware just does not have a good standard in production in manufacturing process. I regret ordering these salad plates and mugs. I own 8 dinner plates of Winter Holiday for more than 10 years, and these are gorgeous and perfect. Fitz and Floyd has a beautiful dinnerware, but the quality failed me this time. I need to enjoy my weekends but spending typing and taking pictures."
