Uneven coating
"I don’t know what’s going on with this particular bowl but when I purchased my first order of the set of four they came with an bumpy uneven coating which I have other neveah white bone china wear and they are perfectly smooth with no bumps. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new set and at the same time I received the second order of bowls. They both came with the indentions. I think there was a manufacturing error on this set of bowls because now I have three sets of bowls (12) that all have this problem."
