Very poor customer service
"This is a review about the company's customer service. The item itself is beautiful. I ordered the above item last December after the holidays and it came chipped. I sent it back and received a new one. Checked for "obvious" defects but since I couldn't see anything I put it back in its box and put it away. Fast forward to this December, I was eager to decorate it. I take it out of its box and I now see some cracks and spots that look like they were put together with hot glue. I email the customer service and among their disappointing answer, the representative stated "The issues you have reported appear to be minor and easily fixed with glue removal and E600 to repair any loose or cracked parts. " It is my mistake that I didn't think to check more thoroughly. This was really unacceptable considering the pice of the item. Their quality control is the worst and the fact that they still ship defective items to their customers is beyond words."
