It looked beautiful but not
"It looked beautiful but not packed well at all , looks like it was a returned item. No styrofoam mold , music disc not staying in place. I was refunded $20 to buy glue to adhere it. Didnt want to gift a defective piece so Ordered a new Woodland Santa music piece, it just came. Totally different - packaged in styrofoam, boxed, wrapped in bubble in a larger box. Musical disc stays secure. Dont understand disparity in packaging- should all have same standard to assure confidence when gifting these items."

Quality not as expected
"I thought this music box was beautiful. I ordered one and the music box arrived broken so I sent it back and the next one I received also the same problem. I was very disappointed. I wanted to give it for a gift and I wasn’t able to do that so my money had to be refunded! The customer service team was very helpful, but I don’t understand how the same Santa Claus could be delivered with the exact same detached music box."
