So Many Beautiful Uses With my Toulouse Items

"I love this tray. I used it with two different dinner parties, once with bread served on it and once with the meat on it. I is now on my dining room table with the salt and pepper sitting in it. The color is a beautiful blue and the -handles are perfect. It is so useful for so many different ways."

More dissatisfied w f/u service than the product

"I received a platter with several defects in the finish. Looks like they put a final coat of finish, I think probably a clear coat over fast and maybe little bubbles formed and popped, leaving small divots in the finish. I tried to work with their customer service to replace. They asked for pics. I sent pics via my cell phone. Apparently, that's not good enough. It's a big deal for me to download them onto my computer and send them again as I'm not too tech savvy. Just not worth all the hassle . . . I purchased the pitcher with no complaints, I purchased 2 of the baskets with no complaints and the little service plates with no complaints."
